J'ai acheté le Pebble 360 pour mon bébé mais après 2 utilisations, j'ai deja deux problèmes avec: 1 - la base 360pro fait un bruit métallique dès que le véhicule est en mouvement. Ce n'est pas du tout rassurant car on dirait que des pièces se sont détachées. La vendeuse à vérifié que la base était bien installée ce qui est le cas.. on ne sait pas expliquer ce bruit inquiétant.
2- Le Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 ne sort pas des adaptateurs prévus pour mettre sur la poussette Pericles que j'ai acheté. Pourtant c'est prévu pour. Le bouton de retrait côté droit est totalement figé! J'ai du prendre mon bébé dans les bras pour rentrer d'une balade car je n'ai jamais pu retirer le Maxi-Cosi des adaptateurs pour le mettre sur la base IsoFix. Je suis furieuse car le magasin ne veut pas nous échanger le Pebble alors qu'il y a clairement un problème de sécurité.

Awful for newborns!

My little boy is 3 weeks old & im disappointed with this car seat already. The head support is non-existent & no matter what I do I cannot get any sort of support for him.
I’ve also noticed that the straps do not sit above or on his shoulders but are pretty much behind him. They don’t go any higher. I’m thinking I need to take the newborn insert out already but he isn’t even 60cm yet and is still too small not to have it in.
Regretting buying this car seat now and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Heavy and difficult to remove from pram.

We purchased this model at the Baby Show Birmingham (2024) as it was compatible with the pramwe had purchased alongisde it. It is also compatible with many other models of pram by different manufacturers. So we thought this was the best option.
We were wrong.
After 4 months of use and comparing it to friends who have other models. We’ve found, it’s disappointingly heavy (even without a baby in it).
To remove the seat from a pram there are two buttons that need to be pressed simultaneously whilst removing from the pram.. nearly impossible to do with a baby inside. I have to do this for my partner and our parents as there hands are too small to do this. A flawed design a few other friends have struggled with too.
